On the idyllic channel island of Guernsey, this exciting project was a design and build from inital concept to final delivery.
The client wanted to create an equestrian hub that was both personal for their own 6 horses, but also a friendly and professional atmosphere for livery clients.
This dream equestrian destination on the island boasts fantastic facilities for the horses such as a covered horse walker, round pen, floodlit arena with training mirrors and bespoke turn out.
For the humans there is an onsite club room of totally bespoke design and the livery barn is of luxury standard with a changing room, bathroom, rug and washing room, feed room and a Sebo tack room.
The design and planning process for this project began in 2021 and by 2023 everything was in place for the build to begin, this took 15 months including landscape gardening which was on time and within budget.
