About Us
Established as Pegasus Arenas in the early 2000’s by Managing Director Neil Reid-Warrilow who drew on his previous experience in the building trade, having spent years in Spain building swimming pools.
Neil has ridden himself from an early age and always been involved in the equestrian world. He hunted for many years, evented to a modest level and has qualified as a British Showjumping Course Builder. When unable to find an installer for his pony mad daughter’s arena at home he decided to build his own, so that they could play with their ponies regardless of the Welsh weather.
25 years later, Pegasus Equestrian Construction Ltd is now a specialist in the design and installation of complete equestrian yards. We have built and refurbished more than 400 arenas across Wales and the Midlands, and installed stabling for hundreds of horses and ponies in competition yards and family homes. We work with quarries and suppliers all over the country to ensure the best quality and most locally sourced materials are used.
Our skilled site team is managed by Neil’s son-in-law Arthur who himself was previously a professional event rider for France competing up to 4* level. Arthur joined the team in 2015 and he has taken the lead on many of the larger turnkey projects, always delivering a final product that lives up to the expectations of our clients. Neil & Arthur’s combined years of experience, knowledge and skill across the construction and equestrian industries mean that as a customer you can feel safe in knowing that you will get the service and product you’ve always wanted.
We pride ourselves in achieving the highest quality whilst keeping within the budget of any particular project. We work not only for the client but also for the equines that will live in and enjoy our products. We love what we do and we love what we produce and that can be seen throughout our work. The team is completed by Franky and Becky in the office and the skilled men on site. Franky is a 5* International event rider herself which brings not only knowledge but also practicality to each and every job.
